Prairie Mental Health Services offers unique, community based psychiatric and mental health services to the residents of West Central Missouri. Prairie Mental Health Services is locally owned by Bruce Fletcher, RN, APRN, BSc, BSN, MN, PMHNP-BC, a board certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Bruce Fletcher has completed post-graduate programs in individual and family therapies and is licensed in Missouri as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with diagnostic, treatment and prescriptive authority. He has completed a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Saint Mary's College of California, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the Catholic University of America and a Master's degree in Child and Family Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh.
Bruce Fletcher has also completed post-graduate training at the University of Kansas as a Family Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, as well as completed post-graduate training in psychopharmacology and psychological assessment and evaluation. He has also completed training in the assessment of children, adolescents and adults that have characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
